Hi (206)407-**** been calling my number and said that we are call her number we never call her number.but she keep call use saying things we dont even understand about it will be honoring if you could tell her to stop calling us thanks

They suck
I use basic talk which is a xo reseller of voice lines. I think they also run vonage.
Anyhow, its all the same crap. Poor service, dropped calls, Indian telemarketing calls, and spoofed/hacked numbers. Trying to port away from these guys has been a nightmare.
I am sure for anyone as a business using xo is just as bad.XO is a carrier LEC. would be better off using the LEC in your area.

616-202-**** Has Called my home phone a hundred times in the last 4 months!!!!!!!!!
I have been getting calls from 616-202-****, which is assigned to XO Communications, Grand Rapids, MI for the last 6 months. They will not stop calling and no way to fix the issue.
Cancelled 1 2/1 years ago. Still getting bills and charge for equipment
Spoke to a rep who never called back. Want to know what equipment we are being charged for.
Also was told we are in collection. Letters of cancellation sent and bills kept coming.

I keep getting messages from this number threatening legal action against me on behalf of the IRS.
Beware of fine print.
I would suggest not working with this company. From my experience they do not care about their clients nor work in their best interest.
If you have a contract make sure you know if you are set up for automatic renewal. It won't explicitly tell you that your contract will automatically renew. And it does not provide the automatic renew information on the agreement you sign. You have to go terms.xo.com.
Download their general terms and conditions. Then read to page 10 of 21 to find out about automatic renewal. If your contract automatically renews it will renew and you can disconnect, but you will have to pay the early termination fee. The early termination fee is paying out the rest of the contract period as if you still had the service.
I tried to get them to understand our position and that this product does not even work for us properly. We were denied any waive of the "early termination fee".
They do not care we are a small company and they did not want to work with us on this issue. If you want a company that will spend time and work for your trust and provide you with excellent service this is not the company.

Worst service ever
I didn't think I could have worse business service for my phones than Comcast...I was wrong. We installed XO phone and internet in April of this year.
We have had more down time in the past 3 months than we've had in the past 20 years I've run the company combined. The service is horrible. Getting a technician to come out is almost impossible and XO continually blames other vendors. Once I finally had a service technician determine the problem (they sold me hardware and service that isn't compatible with my phone system) their technician said to call customer service to get a rebuild of our phone service.
I contacted customer support and never got a call back. I reached out to every contact I had and they just ignore us. We're dealing with phone calls that disconnect after 10 minutes and the entire router has to be rebooted about every 30-36 hours resulting in 5-10 minutes of downtime in a company with 80 people. Not only was the phone service horrible but they have absolutely no customer service AT ALL.
After nearly 4 months of unreliable phone service (in a business that is a call center) we're having to switch providers all over again because XO/Verizon won't even communicate with us.
Their local rep hung up on us. DON'T USE XO/VERIZON.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Customer Loyalty vs Big Corporations
Based on rules and regulations secured by devil lobbyist and their government cronies, XO (Verizon) has the right to bill you for an additional 45 days after you disconnect. The way it was explained is that you cannot put in a disconnect notice until your phone numbers are ported over, however they can bill you for 45 days after they port.
My contract signed in 2001 states they need 45 days "written notice of its request to disconnect". I gave them 49 days and have the FedEx delivery receipt to prove it. They don't care. They are going to bill me for an additional 45 days regardless.
This is probably the same with every communications company.
More of the big guys screwing the little guys. Thanks XO.
Rude workers
3 different phone numbers, trying to sell me extended warranty on vehicle. Rude, won’t take no for answer
Verbal Abuse from Solicitors
Some old woman was calling our company (via an anonymous number) looking to do a site tour of our facility. I let her know we had a terrible experience and she should not show up unannounced.
She then proceeded to ask me if I could here her, I said yes let me transfer you to the owners line. She then continues "oh no, wait, etc". I then let her know she was wasting my time as she was not interested in speaking to the only person who handles for our phone service.
Several minutes later, as we are busy doing shipping for the day, she calls back and I tell her not to contact us.
After this she says," You are a *** *** and hangs up.
This happened 3/23/18 by an LA Area broker. Stay away from this sad old lady, she needs to get a real career finally and stop harassing people as they run their businesses.

I received a robocall telling me I had 4 judgements against me and to call them or I would be arrested. I know there are no judgements against me, so I called and asked who they are.
I was hung up on twice. This is a scam.
Harassment
Called me to solicit by telling me my company could profit if I would let them find jobs for me at a small price of profit. Told them I was not interested.
John Cannon keeps calling asking me if I was out to look at some jobs he sent to me. I guess he's trying to bait me but I'm still not interested but he didn't get the memo.
Scam!
Received a call from a number that is linked to this company. It was an automated message about reducing credit card interest.
(I do not own a credit card)
Upon calling back I was sent to a personal voicemail. The second call back it said mailbox was full.
About the 5th phone call a woman answered and said she had not called, and that someone else must have called from her phone. (How she didn’t notice someone on her phone 43 seconds prior who knows) boo boo boo {{Redacted}}
Calls Do Not Call numbers
These people are so tiresome. They consistently ring my mobile phone, a longtime registered Do Not Call number.
HARRASSMENT!!!
This woman with this company named Kelly Carmichael, kept calling and leaving voicemail's on my phone, calling a million times a day, she said she wanted to help me with a judgment against me. I asked for a case number and she wouldn't give it to me.
I told her that I was going to have my lawyer contact her for information and she pretty much said F U B on the phone and said she was going to get the case pushed through and I will be in court. She was VERY RUDE on the phone and would not let me talk!

I keep a log file and 817-622-**** has called for a full year, multiple times a day, 5 days week. I filed complaints to the do not call.gov or 3 months everyday with 300 81*-***-NUMBERS.
XO communication is assigned that block address of numbers.
They have never used the same number twice so i've just blocked every number. 817-622-XO communication 817-622-**** and 817-622-1*** - * calls today.
